I’ve been traveling across time zones for work, and this combo of melatonin, B6, and calcium actually reset my sleep schedule within three nights. No groggy feeling the next morning, which surprised me. My internal clock finally feels normal again.

It kicked in about 25 minutes after I took it, and I actually slept through the whole night without waking up. The combination of melatonin and B6 seems to finally be doing what my old routine couldn't.

I’ve struggled with my internal clock for years, especially after night shifts, but this with the B6 and calcium mix has me drifting off within 20 minutes now. It’s not groggy the next morning either, which is the real win for me.
